CNC Integral Machining
All our welding tables are processed using large-scale gantry CNC machining centers. A single-setup process handles the milling of the top surface and all four sides, thereby eliminating machining errors caused by multiple re-clamping operations.
- Rough milling: Removes casting or welding scale, leaving a 0.3mm allowance for finishing.
- Semi-finish milling: Uniformly calibrates the overall datum to ensure consistent height and perpendicularity across all five faces.
- Precision boring: All Φ28 positioning holes are bored simultaneously; hole diameter tolerance is +0.065 to +0.149mm, with center coordinate error ≤±0.03mm.
- Precision face milling: Final milling ensures flatness ≤0.1mm/1000mm (Grade 1 standard); ultra-high precision customization can achieve 0.05mm/m (Grade 0, robot-grade).
- Edge chamfering & scale engraving: Millimeter grid scales are etched onto the four edges of the table surface to facilitate quick measurement and positioning.
Factory Quality Inspection Standards
Each welding table ships with a printed quality inspection report; inspection tools include granite straightedges, dial indicators, CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and squareness testers.
- Tabletop flatness: Inspected meter-by-meter; Grade 1 ≤ 0.1mm/1000mm; Grade 0 (robot-compatible model) ≤ 0.05mm/1000mm.
- Hole spacing accuracy: Overall error for the 100×100 grid is within ±0.05mm.
- Five-face squareness: Perpendicularity between side faces and the tabletop is ≤ 0.1mm/200mm.
- Hole diameter and depth are uniformly inspected; all locating pins insert and remove smoothly without binding.
- Spot checks performed on nitriding/cast iron hardness; wear resistance tested against weld spatter and burn marks.
- Static load-bearing test conducted on the entire unit; no permanent deformation observed after 24 hours of pressurization.
