The Modular D16 Welding Table with 16mm Diameter Holes and 50mm Grid for Clamping is a core flexible fixture platform for modern welding and assembly workshops. Precision-laid 50mm grid and 16mm locating holes ensure accurate multi-point clamping for small and medium-size workpieces.

  • Individual welding tables can be seamlessly joined—using bolts to lock the side positioning holes—to form extra-large work surfaces (e.g., 2000×3000 mm, 2400×4800 mm, etc.)
  • After joining, the cumulative error of the hole pattern is controlled within ±0.1 mm, allowing a standard D16 fixture set to be used across the joined surfaces
  • Alignment pins must be used during assembly to ensure hole alignment between the tables; relying solely on the bolts to force the connection is not permitted
Limitation: The overall load-bearing capacity of D16 welding tables is lower than that of D28 tables; consequently, joined D16 tables are not suitable for supporting single, ultra-heavy workpieces.

A: Every table goes through flatness, perpendicularity, grid spacing and hole dimension inspection. Measurement reports can be provided upon customer request before delivery.
Q: How long is the expected service life of D16 welding table?
