Operation Principle
Fix the cylindrical, disc or elbow workpiece on the turntable through fixture or chuck. The frequency conversion motor drives the turntable to rotate at a constant and adjustable speed. The welding torch remains stationary while the workpiece rotates evenly, realizing continuous and uniform circumferential welding. The electric tilting system adjusts the workpiece angle freely, enabling welders to operate at the best visual and working position, greatly improving welding efficiency and finished product qualification rate.
