Q: How should I lift and handle the heavy cast-iron welding table safely?
A: Always lift via the dedicated threaded lifting holes pre-machined on the table body. Never sling ropes through grid holes or the table edge. Improper lifting will twist the casting and ruin geometric accuracy. All lifting guidelines are marked in our product documentation.
Q: What is included in the measurement protocol document?
A: The measurement protocol records actual test data including flatness, perpendicularity, hole-position tolerance, ambient testing temperature, and material batch information. It can be provided together with goods for quality verification, especially for large-volume industrial buyers.
Q: Can I get samples or visit your factory?
A: We do not supply single-piece table samples due to heavy weight and high production cost. Factory visits are warmly welcomed. You are welcome to inspect production processes, casting quality and finished-product accuracy on-site.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer warranty against manufacturing defects such as casting flaws and machining deviations. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, impact, arc burning, wrong lifting or normal wear-and-tear of fixture accessories.
